Tell us first

How to raise it

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, tell us. You can ring, write or email, and you can ask for it to be treated as a formal complaint. You will not be treated any differently for making one.

What happens next

The steps, and the timing

01We acknowledge your complaint in writing, normally within five business days.
02We give you the name of the person handling it.
03We update you regularly while it is being investigated.
04We write to you with the outcome, and explain the reasoning.

If you are still not satisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman, which is free of charge to you and independent of us. We will give you their contact details and explain the process at the point we issue our final response.

Any questions about any of this?

Ring us and ask. We would far rather explain it than have you wondering.

Book a call

Pick a date and time that suits you.

No sales pitch, just a conversation about what you already have, what it is heading for and whether we can improve it. You will get a written summary either way.
